Reviewant setup hub

Provider setup, sync cadence, reporting, and troubleshooting notes for the launch workflow.

Quickstart

Start with one supported provider, complete the first sync, then generate a report once the imported reviews have analysis data.

  1. Open the Reviewant app inside Shopify admin.
  2. Connect Judge.me, Yotpo, or Klaviyo Reviews from the integrations screen.
  3. Choose a sync cadence or run a manual sync for the first import.
  4. Wait for a successful sync before generating the first report.
  5. Use PDF or CSV export when the completed report is ready to share.

Judge.me setup

  1. Open Judge.me and generate API credentials with review read access.
  2. In Reviewant, open Integrations and choose Judge.me.
  3. Paste the required credentials and save the connection.
  4. Run a manual sync if you want to backfill historical reviews immediately.
  5. Generate your first report once the sync completes.

Yotpo setup

  1. Create or locate a Yotpo token with access to the reviews endpoints used by the app.
  2. Open Integrations in Reviewant and choose Yotpo.
  3. Enter the Yotpo credentials requested by the connector form.
  4. Save the connection and verify the connector shows as connected.
  5. Run a manual sync and wait for the first successful import before generating a report.

Klaviyo Reviews setup

  1. Open Klaviyo and create or choose a private API key with reviews:read access.
  2. In Reviewant, open Integrations and choose Klaviyo Reviews.
  3. Enter the private API key requested by the connector form.
  4. Use the default API revision unless your setup needs a different supported revision.
  5. Save the connection and run a manual sync after the connector is connected.

Sync and reports

The launch FAQ describes daily, weekly, custom, and manual sync options. It also confirms that only new report generation consumes report quota.

  • 1Viewing existing reports does not spend quota.
  • 2Exporting existing reports does not spend quota.
  • 3AI is used for sentiment analysis, topic clustering, and summaries.

Support checklist

Open the support widget from any support link and include these details in your message.

  • 1Your Shopify store domain.
  • 2The provider affected.
  • 3The time the issue occurred.
  • 4A screenshot of the error or unexpected state.

Common first checks: confirm provider credentials are valid, check the integrations screen for failed or paused syncs, and regenerate the report after the next successful sync.
