Privacy notice

Reviewant collects store review data so merchants can sync reviews, generate analytics snapshots, and share sentiment reports inside Shopify admin.

What is stored

The app stores connector metadata, sync state, generated analytics, report snapshots, and encrypted connector credentials. Raw review payload archives are retained only for the configured retention period.

For privacy requests or support questions, open the support widget.

AI processing

Sanitized review text may be sent to OpenAI-backed analysis workflows to generate sentiment labels, topic clustering, and summary text. Emails, phone numbers, URLs, and social handles are redacted before AI requests are sent.

Merchant controls

Merchants can adjust retention settings and manual refresh controls in the app settings screen. Shopify privacy webhooks for customer data requests, customer redaction, and shop redaction are processed by the app.

Reviewant is provided for merchant reporting and operational insight use inside Shopify admin.

Billing

The Free plan includes 3 reports per calendar month. The Pro plan is billed at $19.99 per month and includes 30 reports per calendar month. Merchants can also purchase 10-report top-up packs when additional usage is required.

Usage

Report quota is consumed when a new report is generated. Viewing or exporting an existing report does not consume additional quota.
